A 25% deposit will reserve your place.  Balance of the booking fee needs to be paid at least 14 days before the night of your arrival.
Payments may be made by EFT or by cheque, as arranged with the booking secretary.

*Only bona-fide, full-time university or school
students are eligible for student discount.

**Weekend includes  Friday and Saturday nights. You may arrive on Friday morning and leave on Sunday afternoon.

As weekends are most popular and heavily booked, we cannot split a weekend into just one single night. If you want to stay only on Friday night or on Saturday night, the booking will be counted as 2 nights.


Refunds,
Bookings cancelled with more than 21 days notice will be fully refunded.
Cancellations made 8 to 21 days prior to booked date will be refunded,  less 20% of full fee.  
Bookings cancelled within one week of booked date are not refundable.
